About this kibbeh
This is the kibbeh most people picture: a football-shaped shell of bulgur and finely ground meat, filled with spiced beef, onion and toasted pine nuts, then fried until it is deep golden and crisp.
Serve it hot with a squeeze of lemon, alongside yogurt, or as part of a big spread of mezze.
