Every kibbeh arrives fully cooked and frozen. Here's how it gets from our kitchen to your freezer.

We cook it and freeze it

Every kibbeh is fully cooked, then frozen, so it's ready to heat up whenever you are.

We ship Monday to Wednesday

Order from Monday until 12 pm on Wednesday (Tucson time) and we ship it right away. Order after that and it ships the following Monday to Wednesday. That way your kibbeh never spends a weekend in transit.

Put it straight into your freezer. When you're hungry, heat it up and eat.

Everything ships frozen in insulated packaging. Shipping is a flat $5.99, and free on orders over $35. We ask for at least 2 packs per order so it all arrives properly frozen.

From Aleppo to Tucson

It's been a long road for one recipe.

Aleppo, Syria

This is where we're from. Our mom made kibbeh at home, and it's still the recipe we use today.

Jordan

We started selling kibbeh from our home kitchen. Everyone liked it, and we had to make more, so we moved into a commercial kitchen and supplied supermarkets.

Malaysia

We moved and started small from home again. Our customer base grew fast and everyone loved the kibbeh, but regulations meant we couldn't continue.
